Guest Room Information

The primary purposes of the Common House Guest Room(s) are:

  • to provide a place for family and close friends to stay while visiting Village members.
  • to provide a place to stay for those interested in becoming members of our community.
  • to provide a place to stay for visitors from other cohousing communities.

Reservations are available on a “first come, first served” basis except at holiday times when family and friends have precedence.

  • Family and Friends: $30/day, 10 day maximum for any one visit; and a 20 day maximum within one year.
  • Prospective Village members (those with an interest in joining our community as buyers or renters): $30/day, 5 day maximum per stay for the first two visits; additional visits, $30 per day and a maximum of 14 days per year.
  • Visitors from other cohousing communities: $30/day, 5 day maximum per visitand 2 visits per year.
  • Other visitors here for Village events: $30/day, 3 day maximum per stay, and one visit per year.

There are two guest rooms available in our Common House:

  • A top floor guest suite with easy access to parking on Benjamin Drive. The bedroom has a bed and a dresser with all linens. The suite also has a full bath with hangers for clothing.
  • A bottom floor guest room with easy access to homes on Jacob Lane. This room has a television and twin pull-down Murphy beds. A full bath is located nearby off of the adjacent exercise room.

All guests have access to our fully-equipped Common House kitchen and are invited to bring their own coffee and groceries.
