Common House
The centerpiece of Manzanita Village, our three-story, 3100 sq. ft. Common House stands facing the community plaza at the curve between the two residential areas of the Village.

Upper Floor Plan
The third floor entry, off Benjamin Drive, welcomes guests into a sunny foyer with western mountain views and a view into the Great Room below. This level also houses the community office and upper level guestroom.
Middle Floor Plan
The Great Room, located in the center of the Common House, provides a central location for up to 75 diners, seating for movies, programs, exercise classes, and other community events.
This level also features a full kitchen, walk-in pantry, laundry facilities, playroom, and lounge.
Wrap-around outdoor decks extend the living space.
Lower Floor Plan
The shady lower patio is a welcome gathering space on sunny afternoons. The lower level also includes a youth room, family room with fireplace, fitness center, and a workshop.
The lower entry leads directly out onto Jacob Lane, the pedestrian walkway.
